03.17.2010, Wednesday ~ The morning went divinely and exceptionally well, I arrived at the Sky Park, Portland, OR at 6:00 am and the Shuttle was ready to pick me up before I even parked the car. Sailed over the airport where truly professional people helped with the luggage, gates, and departure.
During the flight, as I was up late last night and up early this morning, and was catching a few zzzzzzzzzzzz's....I hear "Don't I know you?" My face is crammed against the window, hair standing awry (like a chocolate coconut macaroon cookie exploded), and I hear, "Don't I know you?" This is the first time I have heard these words on a flight (in an airport yes, never on a flight). The young man, sitting next to his wife, inquires, "Haven't I seen you at Staples?" I hesitantly answer, "Perhaps..." And Yes, he works at Staples in East Portland, Oregon. And Yes, they live about three minutes from my home in Camas, WA. And YES, Brandon answered all my questions about the DVD drive on my laptop that has not functioned in over a year. So when I arrive home next week, I will be visiting Staples, and he has promised to install a new DVD drive. That is divine when GOD brings to you what you need as you are landing in Denver, CO! Only GOD knows how challenged I am technically/mechanically...and how GRATEFUL I AM FOR THE LEFT BRAIN GENUISES that GOD HAS SENT INTO MY LIFE!
Arriving in Denver to the expanse of beautiful blue skies...I received an email that a SUN HALO is arriving near earth today, March 17, 2010 (my dad's 86th birthday)...so either Daddy is visiting earth from heaven and/or GOD is sending a SON HALO for our Knoxville Workshop. Maybe we need to rename Glory Rings to SON HALO'S. The heavenlies are resounding loudly and we are joining their worship of ADONAI!
I arrived safely in Nashville this evening, enjoyed a lovely southern dinner at Demo's (a local favorite) and have been properly welcomed (according to southern style) to my second home (Tennessee). God is good and we are blessed beyond words to be called HIS own!
03.18.2010, Thursday ~ After a lovely evening at JB’s B & B, Dena, Kelly and I traveled to Knoxville in warm sunny spring weather with clear roads. The rental car was from Illinois and we prayed intentionally over the State of Illinois as the car will be returned to that State. It was as though the LORD extended our tent pegs by bringing the vehicle to us. We left Lebanon, Tennessee at 10:33 mid-morning, stopped in Cookeville for lunch at the Cracker Barrel (where one may take a moment and rock ‘n roll on the front porch which is very southern), then continued our journey to the city of Pigeon Forge, stopping by the Pigeon Forge River to Prayer and returned to Knoxville to join Valerie for dinner at the Lakeside. The kindness of ADONAI surrounds us!
Signs Along the Way: NU Grape (a parable to NEW WINE), God is Still Here, Isaiah 66, Revelation 5:9, Hebrews 11:11, Show Love to One Another.
Today I heard from the LORD: “Frequencies are Changing!”
Defined as: the state or fact of being frequent; frequent occurrence, rate of occurrence.
Physics: the number of periods or regularly occurring events of any given kind in unit of time, usually in one second; the number of cycles or completed alternations per unit time of a wave or oscillation. Mathematics: the number of times a value recurs in a unit change of the independent variable of a given function.
Statistics: the number of items occurring in a given category.
03.19.2010, Friday ~ Valerie and Patricia graciously provided a Prayer Journey Tour of Knoxville as the refreshing warm spring weather continued bathing us with rays of the sun. We enjoyed the Tennessee River, University of Tennessee, James White Fort (Founder of Knoxville), Redemption Church International, the Sun Sphere which was part of the 1982 World’s Fair, and lunch at Chesapeake’s. While at the James White Fort, the tour guide provided leaves from a Bay Tree and branches from an Allspice Tree (North Carolina) with directions for cooking. A new adventure when I arrive home is to cook with branches and fresh bay leaves.
The evening held our “In the Garden” Communion Table Fellowship. We were blessed to have Paul Dietrich (www.pauldietrich.com) minister in music during the service. The room was lavishly adorned with an extravagant garden theme including candles, water fountain, entrance archway and garden greenery. Our intentional purpose was to set an atmosphere of divine ministry between ELOHIM (Father, Son, and Holy Spirit) and HIS sons and daughters.
03.20.2010, Saturday ~ The ease of the weekend continues as the evidence of months of planning and prayer go before me. The tables are gracefully adorned with bouquets of flowers, refreshments are prepared, signage is in place, all technical equipment provided and workshop packets are prepared for each one attending. A standard of supreme excellence surrounded this weekend. During the morning session we opened a portal of time for testimonies from the Communion Service which demonstrated the goodness, kindness and overt love of Yeshua, our Messiah.
The joy for me is seeing each individual complete a Glory Ring and receive the blessing of a word of encouragement from the Holy Spirit. And my cup of joy was overflowing in this place. The LORD graciously provided intercessors from other cities in Tennessee along with ministry in music provided by Paul for our time of corporate worship and hearing from the Holy Spirit.
Another miracle was the completion of the City of Knoxville Glory Ring. We believe the LORD has established a standard of excellence and we will be creating a Glory Ring corporately for each city/territory/state/nation we visit.
The evening held table fellowship at a local restaurant which was an amazing gift to me in many realms. The revelation of the Holy Spirit, as we seek HIS holiness, remains unprecedented. Often I find in my own life is that the question is not whether something is good or bad, right or wrong…but is it HOLY? As we left the restaurant warm refreshing winds blew across the city. The kindness of ELOHIM never ceases to amaze me. HIS infinite love faithfully transforms us moment by moment as we submit our lives to HIS purposes and will.
03.21.2010, Sunday ~ Dena, Kelly and I were privileged to join a local congregation in the city of Knoxville before we departed for Lebanon, Tennessee. Many thanks to Kathyrn, the Lady with the Flags who generously shared her worship instruments so that we were privileged to worship corporately in movement, sound, color, symbol and music.
Often the LORD communicates to me through heavenly signs. Thursday, when we began our journey to Knoxville the SUN (SON) was bringing life to all that received the gentle, warm radiant rays. Saturday, as the workshop came to a close the refreshing WIND (BREATH OF GOD) blew across the city bringing renewal to any that opened their arms and received HIS commanded blessings. Sunday as we began the return journey the RAIN (REIGN) of ADONAI! Poured generously over Knoxville and we remain blessed beyond words for HIS Covenant Promises.
Sunday evening was filled with the delight of spending time with kindred Sisters and Friends in the LORD.
03.22.2010, Monday ~This day was filled with meeting new friends and reconnecting with precious sisters in Christ. We shared table fellowship in Lebanon, Tennessee. The LORD’s adornment of crowns as daughters of the MOST HIGH GOD become reality as we participate in the advancement of HIS Eternal Kingdom on Earth.
03.23.2010, Tuesday ~ Following a beautiful lunch in warm, sunny Nashville, Mary Ellen took me to the airport. It was amazingly smooth, no delays, no luggage issues, no ticket issues, no security issues. Wahoo! Then the pilot announced that we would be circling Denver Airport due to lightning, thunder and snow storm. That is a first for me to fly through thunder and lightning and snow. A message from HIS THRONE about HIS THUNDER (POWER – SOUND WAVES), LIGHTNING (ENERGY- LIGHT WAVES) and SNOW (HOLINESS & PURITY – SPIRITUAL WAVES) of ADONAI! After four hours of delays in the airport and on the tarmac due to the snow and deicing the plane, we took to the skies and gratefully I arrived home shortly after midnight.
This was our first ministry outreach in Knoxville, TN and many aspects of the Communion Service and Workshop were unprecedented and the tangible evidence of faithful intercessors surrounded us continually.
Because of HIS overt love and grace, Yours for Yeshua,
Jennifer Lynn Joy, Minister
