To grant those who mourn in Zion, giving them a garland instead of ashes, the oil of gladness instead of mourning, the mantle of praise instead of a spirit of fainting. So they will be called oaks of righteousness, the planting of the LORD, that He may be glorified (Isaiah 61:3, NASB).

This morning I awoke with a thought of heaven with anticipation of a fresh new covering or mantle for you. It was a robe of many colors and messages of many different nations and tribes, with a translucent separate lining. The sash hung to the left side with transparent tassels and beautiful stones at the end. These messages were all over the robe. They were in English lettering but were in different dialects as I looked closely. It looked from what I could see the messages were separate and divided but there were no seams. The texture of the material changed with each message. Some were small patches, others were large but as I looked for understanding and I looked at many of the messages and I looked and they seemed to grow (enlarge) to the point that they were all I could see, even though I could not read or understand them. I asked the Holy Spirit to help me to understand, as I did, the garment started to rotate and open and on the left under the arm near the waist there was a sword with an inscription. I couldn't read the inscription but I could tell it had been used many times. It was well kept and on the right side there was what I thought was a shield but it wasn't. It was rounder it had those translucent tassels and stones, feathers and braids of fine cloth, even though it was still, it seemed almost liquid and seemed to be moving without effort. And as it moved I could see wisps of like cloud like vapor that would come out of it and they would travel until they were out of sight. I said in the Spirit, "I still don't understand" and the Holy Spirit said to me, “It is not for you to understand but to convey this that you have seen to MY JEN, TO LET HER KNOW SHE NEARS A PLACE I HAVE BEEN PREPARING HER FOR AND AN ADDITIONAL MANTLE IS NEAR.
I know it’s a poor description but I was in awe of the vision as they are not so detailed usually and I don't see them with emotion and power. I was glad that it was for you. It gave me a little JOY in my morning.

He put on righteousness like a breastplate, and a helmet of salvation on His head; And He put on garments of vengeance for clothing and wrapped Himself with zeal as a mantle (Isaiah 59:17, NASB).
