"Our first hotel room had a balcony looking out on the city. So I poured some oil out off of that balcony. Droplets of gold flying down. Now we are in our second room, which has a balcony overlooking the pool area. So I put some more oil out toward the pool area. I have blessed the city of Tijuana, Mexico to be full of kind and giving people and free of tyranny. We are going to Revolution Street this afternoon. I will pour it out somewhere on Revolution Street...at the Tijuana sign and some at the entrance to the Tijuana Cathedral."
