Minister Joy’s passion is to see the Destiny and Glory of YESHUA, Our Risen Messiah released throughout the earth. Some describe her as a Sigma female, a Wayfinder, anointed by the Holy Spirit to prophetically release unity, restoration, faith, truth, redemption, revival, renewal, inspiration, creativity, courage, hope, healing, deliverance, holiness, and freedom through teaching, preaching, prophetic encouragement, intercessory prayer and worship arts. Jennifer, a fourth generation native Oregonian, has ministered throughout the United States and internationally since 1996. She was raised in the Willamette Valley of Oregon, USA with six siblings, one being a fraternal twin sister. The Conservative Baptist Church was the origin of her faith. Later in life she transitioned to a more Charismatic Protestant Christian Worship atmosphere. Jennifer graduated from Northwest Christian College (now James Bushnell University), Eugene, Oregon, USA with a BS Psychology 1994 and from Marylhurst University, Marylhurst, Oregon, USA with a Master of Divinity and Pastoral Counseling Certificate 2010, in addition to being ordained as a Minister of the Gospel of Jesus Christ of Nazareth, YESHUA, Our Messiah in May 2002.

HIS Glory Reigns Ministries (H.G.R.M.) is a Protestant Christian international prayer and prophetic worship arts, trans-denominational, cross-cultural ministry. Our mission is to intentionally advance the Kingdom of YHVH, ELOHIM on earth. We are a ministry without walls focused on being led by the Holy Spirit, submitting to YHVH, ABBA ADONAI, and following YESHUA, our risen Messiah. Our divine, sacred covering is the Written, Living and Rhema Word of YHVH, EL ELYON with particular attention to the Gospels of YESHUA. Our ministry family is comprised of faithful, dedicated, devoted volunteers as we do not have any financially compensated employees. We are graciously sustained through faithful prophetic intercessory prayers and supported financially through offerings and gifts. ~ 2 Corinthians 2:17; 1 Samuel 30:24-25
HIS ~ To acknowledge this ministry is the sole possession of The LORD GOD ALMIGHTY! and for HIS majesty, magnificence, grace, mercy, light, kindness, gentleness, generosity, greatness, holiness, purity, righteousness, omnipotence, truth, favor, love, integrity, and justice to prevail more fully throughout the earth and to those called by HIS holy name!
Glory ~ To bring forth adornment, splendor, beauty, radiance, devotion, honor, reverence, worship and adoration to our Heavenly FATHER, The LORD GOD ALMIGHTY! Our anointing is centered on the Divine Sacred Glory of YHVH, the eternal Weight of HIS Exponential Glory, the depth, width, and height of HIS Radiant Glory, the purpose of HIS Adorning Glory, the illuminating Light of HIS Redeeming Glory, the pure Holiness of HIS Resurrection and Ascension Glory. There are over 400 Biblical Scriptural References referencing "HIS Glory".
Ring ~ To tangibly demonstrate the Eternal Covenant Relationship between YHVH, God and humankind through YESHUA, our Messiah. Throughout Scripture rings denote authority, endless eternity, power, covenant relationship, and trust; also known as a Ring of Love or the Circle of Life. The circle is non-ending, eternal apex, a glory ring, a radiant crown, a rainbow, the earth, a cell, a tornado, a whirlwind, a holy portal, a glory tunnel. A circle encloses, protects, provides borders and parameters. Whether you view a line as linear or circular, HE is the Alpha and the Omega. The rainbow designed by the LORD GOD is a full circle symbolic of a covenant ring ~ Genesis 41:42; Exodus 25:12-27; Esther 1:6; Luke 15:22. The crown of thorns and the cross were embraced by Jesus Christ of Nazareth, YESHUA, Our Messiah to make the only way for the veil in the temple to be rent and a new Bridal Crown and Veil symbolizing eternal life and salvation for HIS Bride, the people of YHVH, ABBA ADONAI to be offered in the earth through HIS atonement, anointing, resurrection, ascension and limitless powers.

There is only one circle of love in this universe, only one circle of life and fellowship and passion and tenderness and commitment. It is foolish to believe the Holy Trinity will enter into our self-developed, often imaginary circles when we have been invited to enter into the One and Only Circle of Love. The circle of Love is the relational unity of God the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit. There is nothing comparable. There is no substitute. There is no other place to be. For within that circle is the fullness of life, the fullness of the destiny of Jesus Christ, the fullness of dreams coming true, the fullness of earthly relationships, the fullness of HIS Glory on earth!
Reigns ~ To acknowledge fully and embrace the LORD God’s mighty power, majestic rule, and omnipresent sovereignty over the earth and in the heavens throughout eternity.

As YHVH, the LORD GOD ordained and designed HIS Glory Ring Ministries according to HIS will, way and purposes we find over the last decade HE has been adding facets to the ministry such as Holy Anointing Oil, Prophetic Worship Arts Workshops, Prophetic Worship Arts Conferences, Nations Prayer Shields, Local Worship Gatherings, Prophetic Worship Instruments, Social Media and building an internet Ministry. The LORD GOD has continued to add, define, refine, renew, build, and establish according to HIS plan and design. We now recognize fully that HE has called us to more than the making, teaching, imparting, and sending forth of Prophetic Worship instruments. Although most facets of this ministry will look the same, we are moving forward into our new mantle of HIS Glory Reigns Ministries!
Ministries ~ To worship the Triune God, known as YHVH, ELOHIM in Spirit and in Truth through the unction and power of the Holy Spirit, to wait upon ABBA ADONAI, The LORD GOD and to generously serve HIS people according to HIS revealed will. ~ John 4:23-24.

As the one YHVH, the LORD GOD called to be the founder of H.G.R.M., it is my sincere desire for you to fully receive the Gospel of Our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ of Nazareth, YESHUA, Our Messiah through HIS completed work on the cross and the fullness of GOD’s love, will, way, purpose, plan and destiny for your life. My heart desires for you to walk in the fullness of the salvation of YESHUA through the Holy Spirit. Salvation including complete forgiveness of sin, restoration, recompense, recompense, healing, renewal, revival, and deliverance in all realms, freedom to worship HIM in Spirit and in Truth. To walk daily in redemption and reconciliation with YHVH, our FATHER GOD, ABBA ADONAI.
