Baptismal Services

Our Baptismal Services are most commonly a part of another HGRM Ministry Outreach, yet may be a single event. We follow the guidelines of baptism as outlined in the Gospels of JESUS CHRIST of Nazareth, YESHUA, Our Messiah. 

We believe in water baptism by immersion after committing to the LORDSHIP of YESHUA and HIS atoning sacrifice for our sin. This commitment to follow HIS example is a personal and public statement of our faith in the death, burial, and resurrection of YESHUA, Our Messiah for us ~ Matthew 3:13-17, 28:19; Mark 16:15-18; Acts 2:38-39, 22:16; Galatians 3:26-29.

Gospel of John 1:29-34, NASB
The next day he saw Jesus coming to him and said, “Behold, the Lamb of God who takes away the sin of the world! This is He on behalf of whom I said, ‘After me comes a Man who has a higher rank than I, for He existed before me.’ I did not recognize Him, but so that He might be manifested to Israel, I came baptizing in water.” John testified saying, “I have seen the Spirit descending as a dove out of heaven, and He remained upon Him. I did not recognize Him, but He who sent me to baptize in water said to me, ‘He upon whom you see the Spirit descending and remaining upon Him, this is the One who baptizes in the Holy Spirit.’ I myself have seen, and have testified that this is the Son of God.”

There is one body and one Spirit, just as also you were called in one hope of your calling; one Lord, one faith, one baptism, one God and Father of all who is over all and through all and in all. But to each one of us grace was given according to the measure of Christ’s gift (Ephesians 4:4-7, NASB).
