Beginning Prophetic Worship Glory Ring Workshop

Our faith and hope is for each person attending the workshop will have a life changing experience as a result of the tangible presence of The LORD GOD!

Welcome and Registration:  Please set up a registration table near the door by 8:00 AM with someone to facilitate any late registrations. Registration closes at 8:45 AM. We welcome the transfer of registration fees to another individual but are not positioned to provide refunds for those unable to attend.
 
Audio-Video Recording and Photographs: The session may be photographed, audio and/or video recorded with the understanding that the recordings are under copyright law. We encourage you to share them, but you may not copy them or sell them for profit. H.G.R.M. would appreciate copies of any photographs, audio or video recordings and holds the right to prevent the sharing of any.
 
Power Point Presentation: H.G.R.M. has a Power-Point Presentation to share, which is also available on You Tube through our website. Please let us know if you have a system to facilitate the presentation.

Intercessors: Additional intercession and prayer support surrounding the event is genuinely appreciated. On-site intercessors are only at the invitation of H.G.R.M.
 
Essential Supplies: 1. Sound System 2. Cordless Microphone 3. Lectern or a Music Stand for teaching notes  4. Three 8-foot tables for Minister Joy (2 for supplies and 1 for teaching,  this is in addition to the Registration Table). 5. Bottled Water is appreciated.
 
Set-Up Time: We prefer to set up the afternoon or evening before which requires an approximate hour. It is helpful for the sound person to be available at this time to do a sound check and verify all sound equipment is functional. Otherwise we need to be at the workshop location 7:00 AM the morning of the workshop.
 
Room Set-Up: Beginning Workshop ~ Morning Session: Two rows of chairs in semi-circle 10-12 chairs each row. Afternoon Session: Tables with chairs for attendees. It is helpful to have trash bags taped to each table. As well as providing each table with moisturized hand wipes. 
 
Offering: Please receive an offering for H.G.R.M. at the close of the first session before the noon meal. Make checks payable to: HIS Glory Reigns Ministries or H.G.R.M. Participants may opt to give on-line through PayPal or Tithe.ly.
 
Introduction: We appreciate a 5-minute maximum, brief introduction of Minister Joy before the first session at 9:00 AM.
 
Refreshments: Providing Light and Simple refreshments between 8:30-9:00 AM is optional.
 
Atmosphere: Thank you for helping us to provide an atmosphere of holy and sacred worship throughout the day which includes the absence of personal pets, texting, and/or phone calls.
 
Prophetic Words: Minister Joy will give prophetic words over the Prophetic Worship Glory Rings that are created today in the early afternoon session for individuals in attendance. Please provide a recording system for the prophetic words. Depending on the number in attendance, some may not receive prophetic words over their worship instrument. We recommend a sacred, holy worship atmosphere during this time.
